The Community Action Program-Political Action Committee is the only political action committee dedicated to fighting poverty by supporting the national efforts of the Community Action network. In order to donate to CAP-PAC, you must be a member of NCAF. CAP-PAC provides bipartisan support for candidates, primarily federal, who identify with the Community Action mission.
